Common questions
How do I get the gift card?
After your order we send the gift card by email. You can pass it on digitally or print it and hand it over in person. On request we will also send a nicely designed card by post. Just write to us after ordering.
How does the recipient redeem the gift card?
The gift card carries a personal code. The recipient goes to our website, picks the set they want from our range and enters the code at checkout. The set is then delivered straight to their door, postage free within Switzerland.
Can the gift card be extended?
Yes. Once the gift card runs out, the recipient can extend their subscription at any time. Either monthly for CHF 39.– or with a yearly plan for CHF 29.– per month (saving 25%). The subscription can be cancelled at any time.
Which sets are available?
We have over 30 different LEGO sets in our collection: from Harry Potter, Star Wars and Marvel through Technic and Creator to Botanicals and Architecture. Every set is designed for adults and offers hours of building. You can find the current range here.
Is the gift card transferable?
Yes, the gift card is fully transferable. You can pass it on or give it away without any trouble. The code can be redeemed by anyone.
How long is the gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The recipient has a full year to start their BlockAbo and choose a first set.
Can I combine several gift cards?
Gift cards cannot be combined at the moment. If you want to give a particularly keen LEGO fan an even longer run, we suggest the 6-month gift card, or get in touch for something tailored.
